TeleChoice International clears all resolutions at 28th AGM

TeleChoice International Limited said shareholders endorsed all 12 resolutions at the company’s 28th annual general meeting held on Apr, 28 2026.

The meeting approved the FY2025 directors’ statement and audited financial statements as well as a final tax-exempt dividend of 0.45 cent per share.

Shareholders also re-elected Ronald Seah Lim Siang, Stephen Geoffrey Miller and Shailesh Anand Ganu as directors, and authorised total FY2025 directors’ fees of about 0.55 million Singapore dollars.

Deloitte & Touche LLP was appointed external auditor, replacing KPMG LLP, with authority given to the board to fix its remuneration.

Standard annual mandates were renewed, including authority to issue shares of up to 50% of the company’s issued capital, to grant awards under the restricted and performance share plans (capped at 15% of issued shares), to renew the interested-person transaction mandate, and to continue the share purchase mandate.

The meeting ended at 11:08 a.m. local time.
