欧康维视生物-B于2026年8月5日发布截至2026年7月31日的证券变动月报。公告显示，公司本月在法定股本、已发行股份及库存股份方面均保持平稳，股本总数未发生变化。
根据公告，本月末公司法定/注册股本规模为5,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.00001美元，总额50,000美元，与上月保持一致。已发行股本方面，本月末公司普通股已发行股份815,382,414股，库存股份20,949,500股，共计836,331,914股，与上月持平，未出现新增发行、回购或注销情况。公司确认其公众持股量符合相关监管要求。
此外，公司披露了股份期权及股权激励计划的情况。根据2018年5月23日采纳的员工购股权计划，本月底计入13,317,816份未行使的期权，与上月保持一致。2021年购股权计划方面，本月内有27,402份期权已失效，期末结存45,297,500份。截至7月末，若所有已授出的股权激励计划全部行使或由库存转让，公司最多可发行或转让65,230,500股普通股。同时，公司在2021年股份奖励计划下仍可能发行或转让的股份数量为16,339,148股，本月有13,802股相关奖励取消或失效。
