腾讯控股(00700)于2026年5月21日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股合共1,119,000股，占当日公司已发行股份约0.01227%，每股最高回购价为港币460元，最低回购价为港币438.6元，合计耗资约港币5.01亿元。此前，5月18日至20日，公司亦多次购回股份，总数尚未全部注销。
除股份回购之外，公司根据2023年5月17日采纳的2023年购股权计划，于2026年5月21日发行20,033股新股，每股平均发行价为港币296.58元，发行后公司已发行股份总数升至9,118,020,607股，库藏股结存数量仍为0股。
公告提及，5月13日的股东大会曾通过购回授权，授权购回股份总数为911,799,163股。截至目前，腾讯控股已在香港联交所及其他交易所合计购回4,415,000股，占购回授权通过日已发行股份总数约0.04842%。
公司在公告中表示，上述股份回购及发行均符合相关上市规则及法律规定。公告由公司秘书刘淑仪签署。
