国联民生证券股份有限公司（以下简称“国联民生证券”）于2026年2月4日发布2026年1月股份变动月报表，报告期为2026年1月1日至2026年1月31日。根据公告披露，公司的境外上市H股（股票代码：01456）和境内上市A股（股票代码：601456）期间均未发生新增发行、购回或注销行为，整体股本保持稳定。
报告显示，截至1月底，H股注册股本为442,640,000股，与上月底持平；A股注册股本为5,237,952,806股，同样无变化。公司本月底法定注册股本总额仍为人民币5,680,592,806元。期间未出现任何股份期权或股权激励计划的授予、行使、失效等变动，也不存在库藏股变动或购回注销情形。
公告同时说明，国联民生证券确认其股本结构已符合香港联交所《上市规则》关于公眾持股量的要求，并将持续遵守相关法律法规。截至2026年1月31日，公司已发行股份数量及股本总额与上月底相同，未出现实质性变动。
