LESI Group (02540) has disclosed that in January 2026, Beijing Lesi Chuangxin and the company's Board Chairman, Mr. Zhao Libing, entered into a guarantee contract with Jinri Toutiao, Dongchezu, and Wuhan Xingtu Xinshijie Technology Co., Ltd. (Wuhan Xingtu). Under this agreement, Beijing Lesi Chuangxin and Mr. Zhao have committed to providing a guarantee for the benefit of Jinri Toutiao, Dongchezu, and Wuhan Xingtu, securing the payment obligations of Horgos Lemon Technology Co., Ltd. (Horgos Lemon), Beijing LEXIAO, Horgos Mango, and Beijing Le Xiang, each of which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Lesi Chuangxin.

This new guarantee is connected to business cooperation agreements established for the procurement of advertising inventory on media platforms to place mobile advertisements. The involved parties are Horgos Mango and Wuhan Xingtu; Horgos Lemon, Beijing LEXIAO, Horgos Mango, Beijing Le Xiang, and Dongchezu; as well as Horgos Lemon, Beijing LEXIAO, Horgos Mango, Beijing Le Xiang, and Jinri Toutiao. The term of these agreements spans from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Leveraging the long-term cooperative relationship, these media platforms are willing to offer credit terms favorable to the group, conditional upon the guarantee provided by Beijing Lesi Chuangxin and Mr. Zhao. Consequently, Beijing Lesi Chuangxin and Mr. Zhao have agreed to establish the new guarantee for the benefit of Jinri Toutiao, Dongchezu, and Wuhan Xingtu, thereby ensuring the payment responsibilities of Horgos Lemon, Beijing LEXIAO, Horgos Mango, and Beijing Le Xiang for the procured advertising space.
