STARJOY W&T Shareholder Transfers Shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong to Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong)

On March 11, a shareholder of STARJOY W&T (03662) transferred shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited to Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong). The transferred shares had a market value of HK$25.05 million, representing 8.62% of the company. Separately, STARJOY W&T announced that on January 14, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Panyu Yuexi, as the lessee, entered into a lease agreement with the lessor, Hengqin Shenhe Asset Operation, an independent third party. Under the agreement, the lessor will lease a property located in Panyu Aoyuan Plaza to Guangzhou Panyu Yuexi for lawful commercial activities. The lease term is ten years, running from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2036.
