易点云(02416)于2026年7月23日发布公告称，公司于香港联交所场内回购普通股48.15万股，占此前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.0989%。本次回购的价格区间为每股3.30港元至3.42港元，累计付出约160.27万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为538,352,306股，其中在外流通股共486,354,306股，库藏股数量为51,998,000股。公司于2026年6月22日取得购回授权，最高可回购50,068,667股，当前已累计回购14,367,500股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的2.8696%，剩余可回购股份数量为35,701,167股。
公司在公告中确认，相关回购事宜业经董事会正式授权并已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则、法律及其他监管规定。本公告由执行董事纪鹏程博士签署。
