FE Holdings Intl Maintains 326.74 Million Issued Shares in July 2026; Public Float Meets HKEX Threshold

Far East Holdings International Limited (“FE Holdings Intl”) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026, confirming that share capital and public float metrics remained unchanged for the month ended 31 July 2026.

The company reported 326.74 million issued ordinary shares and zero treasury shares at both the beginning and end of July, indicating no new issuance, cancellation, conversion, or share buy-back activity during the period.

Management affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, stating that the stipulated threshold was satisfied as at 31 July 2026.

The filing also shows no outstanding share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements, underscoring an absence of dilutive events in the month under review.

The monthly return was authorised and submitted by Executive Director and Company Secretary Mr. Cheung Sze Ming, with confirmations that all relevant Hong Kong listing rule obligations and statutory filings have been met.
