双登集团股份有限公司（双登股份，股票代码：06960，香港联交所主板上市）日前发布公告称，拟向董事会授予一般授权，允许公司于相关期间内回购不超过当日已发行H股总数10%的股份。截至公告披露时，公司总股本为425,609,500股，其中342,609,500股为H股，按此计算回购上限为34,260,950股。
根据公告，资金来源将为公司自有或自筹资金，交易将依据包括中国相关法律法规及香港上市规则在内的规定进行。本次回购主要用于维护公司价值及股东权益，或将股份用于员工持股计划、股权激励等事项，董事会认为相关举措符合公司及全体股东的整体利益。
历史股价方面，2025年9月至2026年8月，公司H股曾出现最高价每股27.10港元（2025年10月）、最低价每股6.34港元（2026年7月）。公告透露，董事会目前并无即刻行使回购授权的具体计划。
本次回购授权尚需经公司于2026年9月10日上午10时召开的临时股东大会审议批准。公司同时公布，2026年9月7日至9月10日期间将暂停办理H股过户登记手续，股东可关注后续公告了解更多会议安排和细节。
