2026年9月4日，联合医务（00722）公告称，根据董事会对截至2026年6月30日止财政年度（“2026财年”）未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，预计该财年将录得约76百万元净亏损，而上一财政年度（截至2025年6月30日止年度）则录得约32百万元净利润。
公司表示，尽管2026财年收益与2025财年同期保持相对稳定，亏损主要源于以下两方面： 1. 较2025财年同期，2026财年就商誉以及物业、厂房及设备计提的一次性减值拨备有所增加。公司指出，该等减值损失为非现金性质，不会对集团现金流量、流动资金或日常营运产生影响。 2. 员工成本及租金开支上升，原因是集团位于佛山的新综合医疗中心于2026财年开业，运营初期产生开业及投产成本，导致全年运营开支增加。
公告强调，上述数据基于董事会可得的初步资料，未经公司核数师及审核委员会审阅；集团2026财年的经审核年度业绩将于2026年9月底前公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时保持审慎。
