Poly Property Group Co., Limited (the Group) has announced that its Company Secretary, Mr. Wong Cheuk Him, retired on 30 October 2025 upon reaching retirement age. According to the announcement, Mr. Wong has confirmed he has no disagreement with the board of directors, and no matters concerning his retirement need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Effective on the same date, Ms. Xie Yang has been appointed as the new Company Secretary. She joined the Group in 2017 and currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager in the Capital Markets Department. Ms. Xie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master of Business Administration, and is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has obtained the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.

The board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Wong for his contributions and officially welcomed Ms. Xie to her new role.
