AI Energy Engineering completes rights issue of 0.89 million shares, lifting total share count to 291.19 million

AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited disclosed that 889,835 rights shares were allotted and issued on 26 May 2026 under a one-for-three rights issue programme detailed in the company’s 24 April 2026 prospectus.
The new shares were priced at HKD 1.58 each, enlarging the company’s issued share capital by 0.30% from 290.30 million to 291.19 million ordinary shares.
No treasury-share movements, share redemptions, or repurchases were reported during the period. All regulatory confirmations required under Hong Kong’s Main Board Listing Rules have been provided by the company secretary, Chen Yeung Tak.
