GUANGDONG INV (00270) announced on October 21, 2025, that it has secured a committed term loan financing of HKD 2 billion from a bank, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the financing letter. The proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debts and meeting short-term working capital needs. The term of the loan financing is up to 364 days from the date of the first drawdown.
