亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司（“亿腾嘉和”，股票代码：06998）于2026年7月28日公告披露，当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股合共200,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.01%。本次回购每股价格介乎1.76港元至1.88港元，合计耗资约36.38万港元。回购后，公司已发行股本总数为2,014,041,774股，其中1,988,499,774股为已发行在外股份，库藏股数量增至25,542,000股。
公司购回授权于2026年6月26日获股东大会通过，本次回购实施后，累计回购数为2,248,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.11%。根据规定，自本次回购起的30天内（至2026年8月27日），除另获香港联交所批准外，暂不进行新的股份发行或出售库藏股。
公司表示，本次交易已取得董事会正式授权并符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书王千惠签署。
