钜京控股有限公司（08450）8月3日公告称，董事会已批准将马翠琪女士由非执行董事调任为执行董事，任命自2026年8月3日起生效，初步任期3年，期满后将持续生效，直至任何一方提前至少一个月书面通知终止为止。\n\n根据新委任函，马翠琪女士每月可领取2.00万港元董事袍金，薪酬将按其资历、经验及市场状况由薪酬委员会每年检讨。\n\n公开资料显示，现年29岁的马翠琪于2025年4月7日获委任为公司非执行董事，并于2023年12月获认许为香港律师。她分别于2022年7月及2024年7月取得英国剑桥大学法律文学士（一级荣誉）学位及文学硕士学位。自2024年1月起，马女士担任罗文锦律师楼助理律师，主要负责房地产业务法律事务。\n\n此外，马女士自2024年11月至2025年4月期间，相继获委任为香港云浮社团联合总会永远名誉主席及义务法律顾问、中国人民政治协商会议第七届云浮市委会委员、云浮海外联谊会第六届理事会理事，以及香港特区政府环境及生态局辖下第八届新能源运输基金督导委员会成员。\n\n公告指出，在调任前，马女士在过去三年未曾在其他上市公司担任董事职务，亦未与本公司任何董事、高级管理层、主要股东或控股股东存在关系，且并未持有公司股份。公司表示，董事会对马女士履新表示热烈欢迎。
