2026年5月7日，微创心通医疗科技有限公司（股票名称：微创心通-B，代码：02160）披露截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司本月没有进行新股发行或股份回购活动，整体股本维持不变。
本期，公司普通股法定/注册股本维持在2,000,000,000股，面值每股0.000025美元，法定/注册股本总额为50,000美元，与上月一致。已发行股份（不含库存股）数量维持在1,273,311,439股，库存股份数量仍为0股，合并后发行股份总数相同，较上月底并无变动。

公司在公告中表示，所有股份发行、注销等事宜均已严格符合香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。截至2026年4月底，公司的股本总数保持稳定，公众持股比例符合联交所规定。
