Digital Hollywood Interactive Keeps Share Capital Stable in September 2026; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Digital Hollywood Interactive Limited reported to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that, for the month ended 30 September 2026, its share capital structure remained unchanged and in full compliance with Main Board public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001, equivalent to USD 4.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 2.00 billion, identical to the end-August total, and the company held no treasury shares.

Digital Hollywood Interactive also confirmed that more than the required 25% of its issued ordinary shares remained in public hands, satisfying Rule 13.32D(1). During September, the issuer recorded no share option grants, warrant issues, convertible securities, or other equity movements.

The monthly return, filed on 7 October 2026 and signed by Executive Director Lu Yuanfeng, indicates that all regulatory and listing obligations were met and no capital actions occurred during the reporting period.
