福莱特玻璃(06865)公布，2025年度末期股息每股人民币0.15元（税前）的议案已获股东大会批准，H股派息日定为2026年6月16日。
此次派息以人民币计价，H股股息将按中国人民银行于股东周年大会前五个营业日公布的人民币兑港元平均基准汇率折算，折合每股0.1715港元（税前）。为确定获派股息资格，H股股东记录日期为2026年5月26日，公司将于5月18日至26日暂停办理股份过户登记。H股持有人须于5月15日下午4时30分前，将股份过户文件送达公司香港H股过户登记处卓佳证券登记有限公司。
税收安排方面，内地个人投资者通过港股通投资H股取得的股息红利，公司将按照20%税率代扣个人所得税；内地企业投资者则不代扣税款，应自行申报。H股方面，外籍个人股东暂免征个人所得税，境外非居民企业股东由公司按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税。公司A股股息将以人民币支付，相关安排将另外发布公告。
