Kingwell Group Limited (1195) announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 3 December 2025 were passed by poll. According to the announcement, the total number of issued shares as of the AGM date was 2,894,091,737. Shareholders representing 1,096,195,447 shares were present in person, by proxy, or through corporate representatives.

All resolutions, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, re-election of directors, re-appointment of auditor, a general mandate to the board for share issuance, and amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, were approved. Each resolution received 1,096,195,447 votes in favor and no votes against.

The company noted that no shareholder was required to abstain from voting at the AGM. All directors were in attendance.
