Digital China Holdings Limited (DC Holdings) has issued a shareholder circular dated 12 May 2026 requesting investors to select their preferred method and language for receiving all future corporate communications.
Shareholders are offered four options: 1. Website-only access to all future documents, receiving written or email notifications when new materials are posted on www.dcholdings.com. 2. Printed English version only. 3. Printed Chinese version only. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.
If no duly completed reply form or objection is received by 12 June 2026, shareholders will be considered to have consented to the website-only option. They may change their election at any time by giving at least five working days’ written or email notice to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.
The company highlights the environmental benefits and cost savings associated with reduced paper usage, recommending the website-only format. Printed copies remain available free of charge upon request for investors who subsequently encounter difficulties accessing materials online.
Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.
