2月9日，歌礼制药-B盘中涨超8%，GIC斥资7.81亿港元增持歌礼制药，持股比例已达6.42%。
消息面上，2月6日，港交所披露的信息显示，新加坡政府投资基金(GIC)以每股均价12.18港元的价格，斥资约7.81亿港元买入歌礼制药6412.8万股新股。交易完成后，GIC持有歌礼制药6.42%股权。
公开资料显示，此次入股源于歌礼制药近期完成对配股计划。公司共配售6926万股，所得款项净额约8.35亿港元。GIC在此轮配售中获得头部分配额度。歌礼制药方面表示，本轮融资资金的90%将专项用于口服小分子GLP-1受体激动剂ASC30的全球III期临床开发，包括试验准备、基础工作及正式启动；剩余10%用于补充运营资金。
