Edvance International Holdings Limited (EDVANCE INTL) reported three board-level changes effective 7 July 2026.
The Group confirmed that Mr. Lee Francis Sung Kei has resigned as Executive Director to focus on his expanded responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Managed Services and director of various subsidiaries overseeing the cybersecurity services business. He also relinquishes his seat on the Investment Committee. The Board noted that Mr. Lee has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters requiring shareholder attention in connection with his resignation.
Concurrently, Mr. Ang Aaron, aged 40, joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Ang, co-founder and director of Hesed & Emet Advisory Pte Ltd and former senior manager at Singapore’s Cyber Security Agency, brings more than a decade of AI and cybersecurity leadership experience. His annual director’s fee is set at HK$0.24 million, in line with recommendations from the Remuneration Committee and subject to periodic review. In accordance with the company’s articles, his initial term lasts until the first annual general meeting following his appointment, after which he will be eligible for re-election and be subject to triennial rotation.
In a related move, Executive Director Mr. Lam Tak Ling has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee, filling the vacancy left by Mr. Lee.
Following these changes, the Board comprises two Executive Directors (Mr. Liu Yui Ting Raymond and Mr. Lam Tak Ling), one Non-Executive Director (Mr. Ang Aaron) and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Mr. Choi Sum Shing Samson, Mr. Chan Siu Ming Simon and Mrs. Wong Hung Flavia Yuen Yee).
Management stated that the addition of Mr. Ang is expected to strengthen the Group’s strategic push into AI-powered cybersecurity solutions and its expansion across the high-growth ASEAN market.
