Standard Chartered PLC (SC) reported that, under the share buy-back programme announced on 29 July 2026, it repurchased a total of 1.87 million ordinary shares between 24 and 28 August 2026. The transactions were executed by Goldman Sachs International across the London Stock Exchange, CBOE BXE and CBOE CXE venues.

During the five-day window: • Aggregate volume: 1,866,479 shares • Price range: 2,132.00–2,214.00 GB pence per share • Highest daily volume-weighted average price (VWAP): 2,181.34 GB pence (24 Aug, London Stock Exchange) • Lowest daily VWAP: 2,160.67 GB pence (28 Aug, CBOE BXE)

By close of business on 28 August 2026, SC had deployed USD 242.59 million under the ongoing Buy-back. All repurchases are being conducted within pre-set parameters and in accordance with applicable UK and EU market-abuse regulations.
