Meituan has recently set up a new technology company in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, with a registered capital of $5 million. According to corporate records, Zhenjiang Hanqi Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Sun Keqing as its legal representative. The company's business scope covers software development, network and information security software development, IT consulting services, information consulting, internet data services, business management consulting, supply chain management services, and leasing services. Shareholding information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Meituan's subsidiary, Xigua Limited.
