Some Rare earth stocks rose again in overnight trading. The Metals Company rose 5%; American Resources rose 3%; Critical Metals rose 2%.

The Trump administration said on Tuesday it has loaned Constellation Energy $1 billion to restart its nuclear reactor at a Pennsylvania plant formerly known as Three Mile Island. The shares gained 3.1% in overnight trading.

ON Semiconductor rose 2.9% in overnight trading after the company announced a new $6B share buyback program.

KULR Technology reported a wider loss for the third quarter despite more than doubling its revenue, sending shares down 5.9% in overnight trading.

Plug Power stock tumbled 18.7% in overnight trading. following the hydrogen fuel cell company’s announcement of a planned $375 million convertible senior notes offering due 2033.
