EDICO HOLDINGS (08450) announced that on November 5, 2025 (after trading hours), its non-wholly owned subsidiary Voice Production entered into a cooperation agreement with Macau Star. Under the agreement, Macau Star (as the event operator) has agreed to appoint Voice Production to oversee and manage the venue setup and installation work related to the event. In consideration of Voice Production fulfilling its responsibilities and obligations, Macau Star will pay Voice Production a total fee of 1.2 million Macau patacas (equivalent to approximately 1.165 million Hong Kong dollars).
