公司法定注册股本保持在4,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值为0.01港元，对应注册股本总额40,000,000港元。期末已发行股本为2,033,290,000股，无库藏股份，与上月底数据一致。
公告称，公司报告期内未进行任何新增发、回购或注销等股份变动操作，亦无股权激励、股份期权变动，以及未披露认股权证或可转换债券相关发行事项。同时，公司确认符合香港联交所主板上市规则的最低公众持股量要求。
