Biosino Bio-Tech: Chairman Chen Peng Boosts Holding to 29.64% After RMB10.53 Million On-Market Purchase

Biosino Bio-Technology and Science Incorporation (Biosino Bio-Tech) announced that Chairman, President and executive director Chen Peng lifted his stake in the company between 15 June and 14 July 2026 by acquiring 4.30 million domestic shares through affiliated partnerships Jingning Guoke Kangyi Enterprise Management Center LLP and Guoke Healthcare Innovation Research Institute (Hefei) Partnership.

The additional shares, bought in off-market transactions at RMB2.40–2.50 each, represent 2.97% of Biosino Bio-Tech’s total issued share capital and cost approximately RMB10.53 million.

Following the purchase, Chen holds: 1) 15.63 million domestic shares via the two partnerships; and 2) 27.26 million H-shares through HK Zhixin Investment Co., Ltd.

Combined, these positions equal 29.64% of Biosino Bio-Tech’s total issued shares. Within each class, Chen now controls about 19.44% of domestic shares and 42.40% of H-shares.

The chairman cited confidence in the company’s long-term prospects as the rationale for the increased investment. The board stated that Biosino Bio-Tech continues to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements and will update the market on any further changes in shareholding.
