ANALOGUE HLDGS (01977) announced that any dividends remaining unclaimed for six years after declaration may be forfeited by the company's board of directors and shall become the property of the company. The board hereby notifies the company's shareholders that the interim dividend of HK$0.0385 per share declared on August 28, 2019 (2019 interim dividend) will be forfeited and become the property of the company if it remains unclaimed by October 6, 2025 (Monday).
