Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) released its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

At month-end, HKEX had 1.27 billion ordinary shares in issue, identical to the balance reported at the end of August 2026. The company continues to hold no treasury shares, and therefore the total number of issued shares also stood at 1.27 billion.

The filing indicates: • No issuance or cancellation of shares in September 2026. • No outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute the share base. • Full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25 percent for the class of ordinary shares.

HKEX has no authorised share capital and its shares carry no par value. The monthly return, submitted on 5 October 2026 by Company Secretary Timothy Tsang, reflects a stable capital structure with sufficient market liquidity as defined by the Exchange’s listing rules.
