英国竞争和市场管理局(CMA)周三将苹果和谷歌母公司Alphabet认定为具有“战略市场地位”，这意味着这两家美国科技巨头的移动生态系统将面临英国反垄断监管机构更严格的审查。
CMA指出，苹果和谷歌在移动操作系统、应用商店和移动网络浏览器领域近乎完全的垄断地位使其符合这项认定。此举基于今年早些时候生效的更严格的数字市场竞争规则。
谷歌高级竞争总监奥利弗·贝瑟尔周三回应称该决定“令人失望、有失比例且毫无依据”。苹果发言人声明称，英国采用欧盟式监管将损害其产品服务开发成果，导致用户隐私与安全保护水平下降。
