浙江同源康医药股份有限公司（股票代码：02410）8月20日发布公告称，公司与齐鲁方面就许可及合作事项下拟向认购方发行63,222,744股H股的认购协议，最后截止日期由2026年8月20日顺延至2026年9月20日。
根据2026年7月21日公告，该认购事项须在认购协议项下的先决条件达成或获得豁免后方可完成；若相关条件未能在最后截止日期前落实，认购协议将被终止。本次仅调整最后截止日期，公告所述认购协议、许可及合作协议以及供应及商业化协议的其他条款保持不变并继续生效。
公司强调，认购事项能否最终完成仍取决于多项条件的达成或豁免，存在不确定性。公司股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时需审慎行事。
