联易融科技集团（于开曼群岛注册成立以不同投票权控制的有限公司）于2026年6月25日宣布，回购普通股B类股份合计1,300,000股，占当日公司已发行股本的0.07%。本次回购价格范围介乎每股1.80港元至1.86港元，合计耗资约236.81万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持1,886,295,121股，库藏股数量为0股。
根据公告，股东已于2026年6月16日通过购回授权，授权范围共计201,530,894股。公告显示，公司依据该授权已累计回购7,450,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.3697%。公司确认上述购回行为遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
