公告显示，董事会成员包括：执行董事刘彦君博士、王征女士及李翠女士；职工代表董事孙玉华先生；非执行董事林佳陵女士、刁雋桓先生及Li Chen先生；以及独立非执行董事蔡仲曦先生、曾凡一博士、鞠佃文博士及张森泉先生。
