CDL Hospitality Trusts (J85) said that all proposals tabled at its Annual General Meetings on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by stapled security holders through poll voting.
The meetings, held at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore, endorsed the FY 2025 audited financial statements, reports of the managers and trustees, with 99.85 % of the votes in favour.
Security holders also re-appointed KPMG LLP as independent auditor until the next AGM and authorised the managers to fix its remuneration; 99.17 % of votes supported the motion.
In addition, 98.77 % of votes backed a mandate allowing the managers to issue new stapled securities and convertible instruments of up to 50 % of the existing issued base, with a sub-limit of 20 % for issuances on a non-pro-rata basis.
The meetings were chaired by independent chairman Eric Chan and attended by all six board directors, senior management, representatives of DBS Trustee Limited and other advisers.
