DIDA INC (02559) announced that on October 27, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Amazing Journey Limited subscribed to the CICC Short-Term Investment Grade Bond Fund, a fixed-income fund managed by CICC Hong Kong Asset Management, with a principal amount of $10.999 million.
As of the date of this announcement, Amazing Journey Limited has fully redeemed its investment in the CICC Short-Term Investment Grade Bond Fund, realizing an unaudited gain of $355,500 from the redemption, which represents the difference between the subscription amount and the redemption proceeds.
