海尔智家股份有限公司（“海尔智家”，D股代号：690D）于2026年2月13日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于2026年2月12日在法兰克福证券交易所回购45,000股普通股（D股），约占当日公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）的0.0166%。
本次回购的最高成交价为每股EUR 2.08，最低成交价为每股EUR 2.02，合计支出约EUR 92,502.64。回购后，海尔智家的已发行股本总数仍维持在271,013,973股，暂无库藏股持有。
公告介绍，海尔智家此前于2025年5月28日通过了股份回购授权，最高可回购81,304,191股。截至本次披露，海尔智家累计在相关交易所回购了820,598股，占授权决议通过时公司已发行股本的0.30279%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则及相关法律法规。
