渣打集团有限公司于2026年3月5日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在2026年3月4日进行了股份回购。本次回购股份数量为901,000股，约占公司现有已发行股本的0.04%。回购价格区间为每股16.61英镑至17.195英镑，涉及总金额约15,293,288.2英镑。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为2,251,732,092股，尚无库藏股持有或注销。本次回购所依据的授权由公司于2025年5月8日通过，可购回股份总数为236,377,715股。公司同时确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
