Shangri-La Asia Confirms Stable Share Capital and Public Float Compliance in September 2026

Shangri-La Asia Limited reported no movement in either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 October 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1.00, representing HKD 5.00 billion in aggregate.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 3.59 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

• Under the 2025 Share Scheme, 145,200 share options lapsed during the month, reducing outstanding options to 24.86 million. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred as a result of option exercises, leaving total funds raised from option activity at HKD 0.

No warrants, convertible securities, HDRs, or other share-creating arrangements were reported for the period. Shangri-La Asia’s share structure therefore remained static throughout September, with public-float adherence intact.
