2026年8月6日，亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司（06998）发布自愿公告称，其PD-1/CTLA-4/VEGF三特异性抗体GB268在治疗局部晚期不可切除或转移性乳腺癌的Ib/II期临床试验，于2026年8月5日完成首例受试者给药。试验适应症覆盖三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）及激素受体阳性/HER2阴性（HR+／HER2-）乳腺癌。
该研究包含三种治疗方案：GB268单药、GB268联合化疗的免疫方案，以及GB268联合抗体偶联药物的方案。主要研究终点为评估联合治疗的安全性与耐受性，包括剂量限制性毒性（DLT），并考察GB268单药及其多种联合方案在相应乳腺癌人群中的初步抗肿瘤活性。
公司表示，该Ib/II期临床试验贯穿一线与后线治疗阶段，为GB268在乳腺癌中的全疗程应用奠定基础，并计划未来在更多晚期实体瘤领域开展多项联合治疗研究。
此外，GB268单药I期临床数据预计于2026年第四季度在欧洲肿瘤内科学会（ESMO）公布。
