Pa Shun International Holdings Limited on 11 May 2026 announced that the English and Chinese versions of its prospectus for a forthcoming rights issue are now available on both the company website (www.pashun.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal. The transaction will proceed on a non-underwriting basis, allowing registered shareholders to subscribe for one new rights share for every two existing shares held on the as-yet-unspecified record date.

The company is encouraging investors to review the electronic “Website Version” of the prospectus and all subsequent corporate documents, but printed copies remain available on request. Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials will automatically receive the printed prospectus; others may obtain one by completing and submitting the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post (pre-paid label provided) or email (574-ecom@vistra.com).

Pa Shun emphasises that maintaining a valid email address with the registrar is the responsibility of each registered shareholder. Until a functional address is provided, the company will dispatch notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only. Shareholders opting for printed communications must reconfirm this preference before 31 December 2026 to continue receiving hard copies thereafter.
