Tai United Extends Settlement Agreement Deadline; RMB280.60 Million Debt-Reduction Target Pushed to March 2027

Tai United Holdings Limited (Tai United) announced that on 25 March 2026 all parties to its 25 March 2025 Settlement Agreement signed a supplemental pact extending the deadline for key obligations by one year—from 25 March 2026 to 25 March 2027.

Under the original Settlement Agreement, Stone Wealth and Mr. Dai committed to work with the debtor of Guangzhou Rongzhi and take necessary actions to lessen Guangzhou Rongzhi’s external debt by at least RMB280.60 million. The amount corresponds to the Payment made by Guangzhou Rongzhi plus onshore bank deposits of Tai United subsidiaries that had been withdrawn and placed in PRC court-controlled accounts.

The newly signed supplemental agreement alters only the timeline; all other terms of the 2025 Settlement Agreement remain unchanged.

As of the announcement date, Tai United’s board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Su Shigong (Chairman) and Ms. Yang Yuhua, Non-Executive Director Mr. Lu Yunsong, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Gao Bin, Mr. Leung Ting Yuk, and Ms. Song Yanjie.
