苹果再遭法律挫折，美上诉法院拒绝暂停应用商店整改命令
6月5日，苹果公司请求暂停一项地区法院裁定的上诉被驳回。该裁定要求苹果允许应用商店（App Store）开发者引导用户至网页端购买应用内商品并无需向苹果支付佣金。
受此消息影响，苹果盘后股价短线下挫，一度跌超1%。
旧金山一家联邦上诉法院于周三作出此项裁决，这是苹果公司在与《堡垒之夜》开发商Epic Games就苹果应用商店主导智能手机软件市场的法律争端中遭遇的最新挫折。
苹果在上诉中请求暂停执行地区法院法官Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers在4月末做出的裁决。该法官当时裁定苹果必须遵守她在认定苹果存在违反加州法律的反竞争行为后于2021年发布的禁令。
苹果公司一位发言人表示，对上诉法院的裁定感到失望。
“我们将在上诉过程中继续为我们的立场辩护，”该发言人表示。“正如我们此前所说，我们坚决不同意地区法院法官的观点。我们的目标是确保应用商店继续为开发者提供绝佳的机会，并为用户带来安全、可靠的体验。”
