BEST MART 360 (02360) announced that due to work transfer, Mr. Li Guanpeng has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman, authorized representative, and chairman of the nomination committee, effective immediately following the date of the special shareholders' meeting. The appointments of Mr. Sun Liang as executive director and Mr. Lu Rong as chairman of the board have both been approved at the special shareholders' meeting and took effect on the day immediately following the date of the special shareholders' meeting.
