本次公司于2026年5月19日在香港联交所场内合计回购72,000股普通股，占回购前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0315%。每股回购价介乎每股27.30港元至27.62港元，总涉及金额197.88万元港币。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为234,371,051股，其中国内流通股数减少至228,182,151股，库藏股数则增至6,188,900股。
公告显示，公司曾于2026年5月12日通过购回股份授权，总可回购股份数为22,911,655股，且已于香港联交所及其他证券交易场所累计回购股份934,400股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.4078%。公司确认，本次回购股份的相关安排符合《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》等适用规定，且在回购完成后至2026年6月18日期间，将遵守有关发行新股及转让库藏股的暂止期规定。
