2026年7月28日，普乐师集团控股有限公司（02486）发布公告，董事会已决议修订公司股份奖励计划，将计划上限由原定的公司于2023年6月26日采用日期已发行股本5%提升至本公告日期公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的10%。\n\n根据原定规则，董事会可授出的股份总数不超过6,260,020股，占公司采用日期已发行股本的5%。修订后，计划可授出股份总数上限调整为不超过11,320,760股，占本公告日期已发行股本的10%。\n\n除上限调整外，股份奖励计划的其他规则保持不变。\n\n公司表示，该计划构成《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第17章所述的股份计划，依据第17.01(1)(b)条制定并采纳，仅以现有股份拨付资金，不涉及发行新股份，因此无须股东批准。\n\n董事会指出，此次修订旨在提高公司激励合资格参与者的灵活性，并符合集团及股东整体利益。
