康臣药业集团有限公司（股票代码：01681）于2026年6月16日发布公告称，公司于当日在香港联交所回购普通股111,000股，占截至回购日前已发行股本（不包括库存股）约0.0132%。回购价格介乎每股13.44港元至13.56港元，合计耗资1,497,750港元，折合约149.78万港元。
回购完成后，该公司已发行股本由6月15日的840,123,111股（不包括库存股）减少至840,012,111股；库存股数目由1,424,000股增至1,535,000股，总股本维持在841,547,111股不变。据公告披露，康臣药业集团已于2026年5月26日通过回购授权，可回购最多84,120,311股，截至目前已累计回购1,191,000股，占授权规模约1.4158%。
