亚积邦租赁（01496）1.87亿元扩充设备队伍　半年内斥资超2500万港元购39台设备

9月15日，亚积邦租赁控股有限公司（01496.HK）公告称，其间接全资附属公司亚积邦电力有限公司当日与独立第三方徐州工程机械集团进出口有限公司签订采购订单，计划购入18台电力驱动设备，总对价1,865.46万元。各设备均为全新产品，20%货款将于交付前以电汇方式支付，余款按90日为一期分四期等额支付，首期付款时间视设备交付月份分别为2027年1月28日、2月28日或3月31日，前提是相关设备已在香港完成交付前检验。

根据协议，8台设备将于2026年10月29日或之前交付，6台设备将于11月29日或之前交付，其余4台设备将于12月30日或之前交付。公司表示，本次收购有助于扩充其在香港的设备队伍，以满足当地及全球市场对绿色能源相关设备租赁需求增长。交易对价将由公司内部资源及银行融资解决。

公告同时披露，过去12个月内，亚积邦租赁已通过旗下附属公司于2025年10月至2026年6月期间向徐工香港采购21台全新设备，总对价668.16万元。连同本次交易，集团在12个月内累计向徐工体系采购设备39台，合计金额约2,533.62万元。

香港联交所上市规则第14.22条规定，上述交易须与此前采购合并计算。由于合并后适用的百分比率超过5%但低于25%，该系列收购构成须予披露交易，需履行相应的申报及公告义务。
