Wise Group PLC美股股价周五盘前大跌 6%，原因是这家总部位于英国、在美国上市的金融科技公司申请美国国民银行牌照遭拒。
彻底拒绝的情况并不多见，不过2021年，另一家英国数字银行Monzo在监管机构表示批准可能性不大后，主动撤回了申请。
Wise（股票代码WISE）称，美国货币监理署拒绝了其申请，理由是该公司在2025年7月因反洗钱项目存在缺陷（包括提交可疑活动报告迟缓）而与多个州达成了一项同意令。
Wise表示，公司已改进相关程序，不仅是在美国，在英国和比利时也同样如此。
Wise称：“针对这项同意令，我们强化了美国当地的项目，改进了调查和报告流程，提高了从客户处收集数据的完整性，并为当地合规项目增加了资源配置。”
Wise并未放弃。它计划重新提交一份国民银行信托牌照申请，这次将依据《Genius法案》进行，该法案让稳定币在现有支付轨道上变得更加可见。Wise表示，此前被拒的申请是基于美联储会向其授予用于接入支付系统的主账户这一前提，而公司现在认为这种方式“不可行”。
在截至3月的财年中，Wise在25亿美元的营收基础上获利近5亿美元，其中约15%的营收来自美国。
