ZHONGHUA GAS (08246) announced that on October 20, 2025, the company (as the issuer) entered into a loan capitalization agreement with Mr. Hu Yishi, the chairman of the board and executive director (as the subscriber). The company will issue 140 million capitalization shares to the subscriber at a price of HKD 0.098 per share. The total subscription amount for all capitalization shares payable by Mr. Hu will be settled through capitalization and the offset of part of the outstanding loan upon the completion of the loan capitalization. The loan refers to the outstanding principal amount provided by Mr. Hu to the group starting from February 8, 2024, to fund its general working capital.
